Changing In The Middle is a program for middle school students. This program is designed to teach self-respect and respect for others while celebrating each other's differences. Changing In The Middle will train the entire student population in a school. One aspect of the program is to assist students in developing effective conflict resolution skills. A key component of the program will be the establishment of the NCCJ Ambassadors' Club at the school to support the goal of building an inclusive school environment.
