Change Agent Teens (CATS), graduates of the Anytown Youth Leadership Institute. This program combines volunteerism, diversity training and facilitation skills for high school students. The students work in their own school to create and maintain inclusive communities by implementing their Anytown action plans. The program offers the option of developing a team to work with fourth through sixth and/or middle school grades to reduce prejudice and build inclusion.
