So that all people will have access to our nation's opportunities and be included in its promise.<br /> <br/>The mission encompasses all people. The organization finds all forms of oppression, prejudice and discrimination to be wrong. Always. No form of discrimination is acceptable. Therefore, the mission includes any type of racism, sexism, homophobia, classism, xenophobia, and discrimination based on physical and mental disabilities.<br /> <br /> <h2>NCCJ of Greater Dayton </h2> In the 32 year history of NCCJ in Dayton, we've been successfully fighting bias, bigotry and racism whenever it occurs: from neighborhoods to schools to pulpits and to workplaces across the Greater Dayton Area. <br /><br /> Today, the staff and volunteers focus on strategies to empower leaders for community transformation.
